Job summary

Panduit is hiring Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new skills and knowledge.
• Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with a calculator and measuring tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Precision packaging: packaging, labeling, and cartoning with accuracy.
• Start-up, operation, and shutdown of basic technology manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines.
• Quality inspections following Panduit’s systems and procedures.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a secure work environment.
• Perform daily 5S activities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
