Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Troubleshooting: Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize production equipment.
• Operations & Production: Start up, operate, and shut down machinery to produce finished goods.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Work with engineering to update procedures and training materials.
• Quality Control: Address production quality issues and escalate as needed.
• Waste Reduction: Identify inefficiencies and participate in Kaizen/Lean activities.
