Zusammenfassung

Brooks Instrument is seeking a Production Operations and Service Manager to lead Semi Thermal production and related service at our Hatfield, PA facility. The role supervises three shifts, directs production supervisors, service technicians, and coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Supply Chain to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, 7+ years in manufacturing operations, and 3+ years of people

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related technical field.
Seven years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
Three years of direct people-leadership experience across multi-shift operations.

Aufgaben

Oversee three shift production and service operations for Semi Thermal products.
Drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery through daily management and escalation.
Lead continuous improvement using Lean methods and ITW Toolbox.
Coordinate with Materials, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to meet customer needs.
Develop budgets, headcount plans, and operating plans.
