Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of related experience, or 9+ years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Manufacturing Operations interface with the Program Office.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and mission assurance on manufacturing programs.
• Manage proposals, production planning, and execution while monitoring cost, schedule, and quality.
• Represent Operations as a prime contact on contracts or programs with senior internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee proposals, including basis of estimates, resource codes, and labor rates.
• Develop and maintain production tools/metrics using Excel macro functions.
