Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Project/Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; Master's with 6+ years is acceptable.
• Experience with project leadership and/or process improvement.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), IMS development, or proposal preparation.
• Experience acting as a liaison between multiple disciplines to solve complex problems.
• Experience troubleshooting and developing creative solutions to meet customer demands.
• Experience driving continuous improvement through mitigating risks and realizing opportunities.
• Experience leading people and/or projects directly or indirectly.
• Current/Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manufacturing liaison to program management for the development and execution of the manufacturing strategy.
• Lead program reviews with internal and external customers addressing technical, cost, and schedule performance.
• Oversee product development, manufacturing, test, global supply chain, and mission assurance activities as primary liaison to program management.
• Develop action plans and resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder goals.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate intervention with managers, engineering, suppliers, and customers.
• Prepare proposals; justify Basis of Estimate; create master production schedules and coordinate material planning and scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement by mitigating risks and pursuing opportunities.
