Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Project/Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading programs and/or projects.
• Experience with EVMS, IMS development.
• Experience acting as a liaison between multiple disciplines to solve complex problems.
• Experience troubleshooting and developing creative solutions to meet customer demands.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and leading teams toward goals.
