Technology Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer for a remote, 12+ month engagement focused on Medicaid systems. You will provide real-time monitoring, incident management, and RCA, while supporting MFT, batch jobs, web services, and Linux-based environments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in production or IT operations, strong IBM DataPower/IIB/MOVEit/SQL/Splunk expertise, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Production/IT Operations or similar
• US experience preferred (3+ years)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilités

• Provide production and application support for Medicaid systems.
• Perform real-time monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Support MFT, batch jobs, web services, and Linux-based systems.
• Manage production deployments and operational readiness.
• Use Splunk and SQL for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Develop SOPs and drive automation/continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and business teams
