Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a management professional to assist in controlling costs and ensuring compliance with USDA/OSHA and internal policies. You will coordinate inspection requirements, maintain records, and support manpower planning while driving production quality and labor standards.

The role involves supervising production supervisors, leading a 2nd shift, and collaborating with department heads to meet safety, production, and quality goals in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma with equivalent experience or college degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in related industry; 5+ years supervisory experience in meat processing preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge: OSHA, USDA, and HAACP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling expenses and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain non-union program and manpower planning.
• Prepare records and reports reflecting conditions accurately.
• Lead production supervisors and oversee shift operations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, security and food safety standards.
