Strong track record in managing productivity, safety, quality, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
Develop staffing plans and workforce strategies to support growth.
Coach Production Supervisors, Leads, and associates for performance and development.
Promote safety-first culture and ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and food safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement with Lean, root cause analysis, and waste reduction programs.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to achieve objectives.
