Qualifications

5–8 years manufacturing experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
3+ years of progressive leadership experience managing supervisors and manufacturing teams.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis.
Strong GMP, food safety knowledge, and regulatory compliance.
Analytical mindset with ability to manage KPIs and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead all production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
Provide coaching and development for Production Supervisors and production staff.
Set clear performance expectations and drive operational results.
Promote safety-first culture and ensure compliance with EH&S and GMP requirements.
Develop strategies to improve capacity, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, RCA, and waste reduction.
Monitor production metrics and drive improvements in downtime, throughput, and labor efficiency.
Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
Manage budgeting and labor costs; plan staffing for current and future needs.
Lead employee engagement, succession planning, and training programs.
