Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-shift production operations.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all production operations to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Coach and develop Production Supervisors, Leads, and associates.
• Develop staffing plans and workforce strategies for growth.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, root cause analysis, and waste reduction.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, labor efficiency, downtime, yield, and throughput.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
