Job summary

Job Juncture in McDonough, GA is seeking a Packaging Supervisor with strong lean manufacturing experience to lead production teams in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical setting. You will manage staffing, training, safety procedures, and GMP compliance to ensure consistent operations.

You will work with maintenance to keep equipment reliable, drive efficiency, and analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership to Production employees and manage staffing and morale.
• Organize training processes to ensure qualification and GMP/safety compliance.
• Resolve conflicts and disciplinary actions when required.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment reliable and productive.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and drive improvements.
