Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and forecasts.
• Coordinate production schedules with Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales departments.
• Allocate manpower, machinery, and resources to maximize plant utilization.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address changing priorities.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure production capacity meets business growth requirements.
• Direct day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Monitor workflow throughout all production stages.
• Ensure SOPs are followed.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate production personnel.
• Lead multiple production supervisors
• Establish departmental goals and performance expectations.
• Promote teamwork and accountability.
• Identify training needs and develop employee skills.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Work with QA and QC teams.
• Investigate quality issues using Root Cause Analysis.
• Ensure ISO quality standards compliance.
• Promote strong safety culture and OSHA/environmental compliance.
• Investigate workplace accidents and implement corrective safety measures.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Eliminate waste and improve labor productivity.
• Develop standardized work instructions.
• Coordinate raw material availability.
• Monitor production inventory.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions.
