Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; other engineering degrees may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement experience.
• Strong hands‑on approach in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant manufacturing operations to achieve production goals safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively.
• Develop production strategies, optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Ensure product quality and ISO compliance.
• Partner with teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to maintain safe operations.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
