Job summary

Buckhead & Newport Meat and Seafood is seeking a Production Manager to oversee Production and Production Warehouse across multiple locations. You will prepare and monitor budgets, lead teams, manage employee engagement, and serve as IT/technical contact for the unit.

The role requires ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement and cost control across all shifts. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a BS in Business Management is preferred.
• 7+ years in Production/Manufacturing in a food environment with team leadership experience.
• HACCP and GMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Determine headcount requirements and labor utilization to meet goals.
• Schedule equipment and team resources for each plan.
• Track yield rates to meet business goals.
• Manage work orders and ensure audits and closures.
