• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-departmental operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead department managers across cut, prep, packaging, and warehouse to drive operational success.
• Collaborate with other departments to address challenges and optimize processes.
• Direct, monitor, and appraise performance; provide guidance on concerns and new tasks.
• Recruit and retain qualified production staff and manage compensation decisions.
• Contribute to business strategy, policy, and company direction as part of the management team.
• Provide cost analysis related to labor, equipment, and materials; justify expenditures.
