Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
7+ years in progressive manufacturing experience; 3+ years in leadership.
Experience with electrical components, modular systems, or similar environments preferred.
Lean and Six Sigma expertise with continuous improvement.
Proficient with ERP/MRP production planning.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production operations for Breakers & Modules.
Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer commitments.
Foster safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and waste-reduction initiatives.
Mentor production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve issues.
Identify new technologies and automation to boost performance.
