Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee Breakers & Modules manufacturing. You will lead end-to-end production, develop schedules, and drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related technical discipline.
Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
Experience with electrical components, circuit breakers, modular systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production operations for Breakers & Modules, from material intake through final shipment.
Develop and execute production schedules that meet customer commitments and business objectives.
Foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and waste reduction initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and teams to achieve high performance.
Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve results.
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve manufacturing challenges.
