Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a people leadership role.
• Experience in electrical components, circuit breakers, modular systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, or other production planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations for Breakers & Modules, from material intake through final shipment.
• Develop and execute production schedules that achieve customer commitments and business objectives.
• Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and waste reduction initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams to achieve high performance.
• Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve operational results.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve processes.
• Identify and implement new technologies, automation solutions, and best practices to enhance operational performance.
