Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
• Experience with electrical components, circuit breakers, modular systems is preferred.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
• Experience in electrical components, circuit breakers, modular systems, or similar manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, or other production planning systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing setting.
