Job summary

You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to optimize processes, implement new technologies, and advance the factory's Lean initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years in progressive manufacturing roles, with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience in electrical components, circuit breakers, or modular systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations for Breakers & Modules from intake to shipment.
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer commitments.
• Foster safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and waste-reduction initiatives to boost productivity.
• Coach and develop production supervisors and teams for high performance.
• Analyze metrics and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve manufacturing challenges.
