Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their High Voltage product portfolio in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania. The role involves leading complex projects essential for the global energy transition while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

As the primary point of contact for customers, the candidate will manage risks, guide stakeholders, and facilitate successful project execution through cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of project execution experience and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project execution, preferably in industrial or energy environments.
• Strong ability to lead, influence, and align diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‐to‐end project execution for assigned breaker projects.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, finance, and execution.
• Act as the primary customer contact and lead regular progress reviews.
