Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field.
- 7+ years in a testing lab, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and testing standards.
- Experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB, oscilloscopes, power analyzers.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily testing laboratory operations and scheduling.
- Develop, implement, and maintain test plans and methodologies.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of high-current/high-voltage equipment.
- Mentor engineers and technicians to technical excellence.
- Analyze data and communicate results in detailed reports.
- Partner with engineering, quality, and product teams.
