The Film Market is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Production Management to support the Production Management Team across all stages of PBS SoCal projects, from budget preparation through pre-production to post-production for broadcast and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will collaborate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with teams and vendors.

• Knowledge of Television Guild & Union Contracts.
• Experience in public media preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation and production management for PBS SoCal.
• Coordinate pre-production through post-production workflows.

About

The Senior Coordinator, Production Management will assist the Production Management Team in all aspects of Production from budget preparation, through pre-production to post production of PBS SoCal in the creation of smart, original content for multiple distribution channels – on broadcast and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with rigorous attention to detail and organization and able to manage several projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Television Guild & Union Contracts
• Experience in Public Media preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of Television Production
