The ideal candidate will collaborate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Television Guild & Union Contracts.
• Experience in public media preferred.
• Knowledge of Television Production.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who works calmly under pressure.
• Self-motivated and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation and production management for PBS SoCal.
• Coordinate pre-production through post-production workflows.
• Support multiple distribution channels across broadcast and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with production teams in fast-paced environments.
