Job summary

Tamayo Federal Solutions seeks a logistics professional to support Aviation Warfare Systems aboard new construction aircraft carriers by coordinating installation, integration, testing, risk assessment, and technical issue resolution with Government, shipbuilders, and system command stakeholders.

You will manage planning, material requirements, and procurement, maintain records, and optimize service levels while collaborating with SME and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and cost

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of full-time hands-on experience with Navy shipboard supply systems and MILSTRIP processes.
• Ability to read and interpret APL and research Technical Manuals for shipboard systems.
• Experience leading, scheduling and prioritizing workloads related to maintenance and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Power BI and related logistics databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager and MARMC managers with planning assignments and material requirements.
• Maintain records and visual aids reflecting status of planned, in-progress, or completed jobs.
• Edit material requirements to optimize service levels and reduce costs; resolve procurement issues.
• Maintain compliance with work management regulations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare material status reports for multiple ships using corporate apps and databases.
• Track material flow from origin to final delivery and identify discrepancies or damages.
