Tamayo Federal Solutions (TFS) is hiring a Logistics Analyst to support mission-focused logistics operations in Norfolk, Virginia. You will coordinate long-lead-time material, procurement packages, inventory, staging, storage, and logistics data for ship repair and maintenance, ensuring materials are ordered, tracked, and available per program milestones.

• Experience supporting logistics, supply, material management, procurement coordination, inventory control, ship repair, ship maintenance, or related technical logistics functions.
• Ability to review work specification packages, RCC, material requirements, drawings, cost estimates, technical manuals, and related logistics documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Experience tracking material requisitions, open purchase actions, MILSTRIP flow, NSN material, long-lead-time material, critical path material, parts, assemblies, or similar supply requirements.
• Ability to support market research, procurement package preparation, material receipt inspections, inventory lists, staging, shipping, receiving, crating, moving, and storage of material.
• Proficiency developing reports, material status updates, logistics metrics, spreadsheets, databases, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to coordinate professionally with project managers, shipbuilding specialists, subject matter experts, code managers, storage facilities, shipyards, logistics teams, and government buyers.
• Must be able to meet all contract, customer, and worksite access requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support material planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, and logistics reporting.
• Ensure LLTM milestones are met and materials are on order.
• Review and identify government-furnished LLTM via Navy Maintenance Database (NMD).
• Monitor LLTM, critical path material, parts, and assembly requirements provided by the 3PP.
• Identify alternative sources when delivery dates do not support schedules.
• Submit market research and complete procurement packages for open purchases.
• Perform on-site receipt inspections and maintain material receipts.
• Create inventory lists for material pull and staging prior to Navy availabilities.
• Assist in staging, shipping, receiving, crating, moving, and storage of LLTM.
• Document and monitor MAT data for FUM labeling and transfer.
• Assist in identifying excess and FUM and validate MAT entries.
