Tamayo Federal Solutions LLC in Norfolk, VA seeks a Schedule Analyst to integrate all related activities into the Lead Maintenance Activity IPS using MS Project and Primavera. You will analyze data from MIS to forecast manpower, duration, and risk, ensuring on-time delivery of maintenance programs in collaboration with PM and CTE teams.

The role requires a 5+ year background in engineering/operations or cost analysis, familiarity with naval maintenance, and a degree or equivalent certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification (e.g., PMI-Schedule Analyst, PMP)
• 5+ years in engineering/science management, operations or cost analysis; Navy programs experience is a plus
• Familiarity with naval maintenance policy and ship repair scheduling processes
• Knowledge of naval architecture, marine/electrical systems and shipboard safety
• Ability to evaluate schedules, deliverables and mitigation actions for on-time delivery

Responsibilities

• Integrate Alteration Installation Team (AIT), Ships Force (SF), Fleet Technical Assistance (FTA) into IPS using MS Project and Primavera
• Analyze MIS data for reports, cost controls and manpower/duration forecasting
• Develop and analyze risk to on-time delivery for IPS schedules
• Validate test procedures and link to milestones
• Coordinate schedule-related questions with PM and Chief Test Engineer
• Restructure test program schedules in response to major changes
• Recommend actions to project teams and LMA for IPS production
• Track schedule risks and provide mitigation recommendations to control risks
• Coordinate government actions for system restoration reflected in IPS
• Attend WPIC and WPER to review integration issues
