Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
• Make adjustments to keep production running efficiently
• Perform product quality checks throughout the shift
• Inspect product appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Load and replenish production materials
• Support equipment cleaning and sanitation activities
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals
