Job summary

You will monitor changeovers, maintain GMP standards, and coordinate staffing across shifts while delivering timely production paperwork and performance feedback to staff under the supervision of a Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe work environment and participate in safety walks.
• Apply JSA and risk assessments to prevent injuries and incidents.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement countermeasures.
• Adhere to GMPs and food handling requirements.
• Ensure staffing at shift change and oversee production lines for efficiency.
• Coordinate changeovers to minimize downtime and align with schedule.
• Complete production paperwork and align with the production schedule.
• Support supervisor with employee performance feedback and discipline.
• Collaborate to revise SOPs and communicate updates to staff.
• Plan training and ensure staff competency.
