Job summary

Ditsch USA, a leading pretzel producer, is seeking a Production Associate for the Second Shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will package, weigh, label products and ensure safety and quality standards are followed on the line.

The role involves operating equipment, loading materials, and supporting sanitation while adhering to GMP and SQF policies. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse or factory packaging.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret English production documents.

Responsibilities

• Package materials and finished products for shipment.
• Operate metal detectors, tape and label machines.
• Follow GMP and SQF policies and safety protocols.
• Perform quality inspections for seal integrity, labels and weights.
• Load raw materials and supplies into production equipment.
• Assist sanitation and maintain equipment to food manufacturing standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist in safety trainings.
