Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor frontline team members to drive performance
• Manage skills matrix, including certifications and license renewals
• Ensure consistent shift handoff communication across all shifts
• Resolve conflicts and manage morale in a union/UAW environment
• Set KPIs for attendance, quality, cost and safety
• Recognize good performance and address gaps promptly
• Demonstrate One Ford leadership through teamwork and communication
• Control labor costs and overtime scheduling
• Apply lean production principles and use data-driven decision making
