Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Confers with management to review and establish production standards, budgets, and cost controls.
• Plans and monitors production activities and establishes production priorities.
• Coordinates production activities with multiple departments to optimize resources.
• Reviews reports to identify nonconformities and recommends process changes.
• Supports lean initiatives: 5S, Kaizen, and safety improvements.
• Assists with developing new standard operating procedures.
• Coordinates with HR on recruitment, training, and labor relations.
