Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor for our in-office, 2nd shift team in Faribault, MN. You will lead production planning, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive continuous improvement through Lean practices to optimize output and quality.

• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing.

• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plans and monitors production activities and sets priorities.
• Coordinates with various departments to optimize resources and safety.
• Analyzes production and quality data to identify nonconformities and drive improvements.
• Advances lean practices and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
