Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Production Supervisor in Faribault, MN. The role leads a team to operate machinery, coordinate workflow, and ensure on-time production while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position requires strong supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally a related bachelor's degree. Overtime may apply on the 2nd shift and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors production activities to meet schedules and reduce delays.
• Assists in achieving production objectives at the lowest cost while maintaining quality.
• Ensures safety and product quality and improves production procedures.
• Trains employees in day-to-day procedures.
• Interprets specifications and assigns duties to workers.
• Plans material flow and coordinates with departments to meet deadlines.
• Inspects parts and products for conformance to specs.
