Job summary

Greene Tweed in the United States is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites, focusing on KPI performance, productivity, and on‑time delivery. You will partner with the COO and site leaders to define scopes, manage projects, and build governance and dashboards.

The role requires 8–10 years in operations or program management, Lean Six Sigma certification, SAP and Excel proficiency, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Lean Six Sigma or comparable certification strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in operations, program management or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving execution through influence.
• Ability to travel globally 4–6 times per year to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Define project scope, organize workplans, track milestones, and drive execution.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Partner with site leaders, HR, Finance to align priorities and accelerate results.
• Support continuous improvement projects driven by the Transformation Management Office.
