Job summary

Greene, Tweed is seeking an experienced Operations Excellence leader to drive cross-functional improvements across multi-site manufacturing. You will lead analytics, governance, and KPI programs while partnering with the COO to execute strategic priorities and change initiatives.

This role requires strong data skills, SAP/Excel proficiency, and willingness to travel. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in operations or program management, a Lean Six Sigma background, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related fields preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or manufacturing.
• Manufacturing experience in a multi-site environment preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority.
• Strong analytical skills to extract, interpret, and present data.
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel; dashboards and KPI reporting experience.
• Willingness to travel 4–6 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives across manufacturing with KPI focus.
• Partner with COO to manage analytics supporting priorities.
• Define scope, plan, schedule, and track project milestones.
• Establish governance, KPI tracking, and operating reviews.
• Mine and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and summaries.
• Support organizational change and lead implementation.
• Collaborate with Transformation Management Office on Lean and Kaizen projects.
• Align priorities with site leaders and stakeholders.
• Operate independently while building alignment and accountability.
• Handle confidential information with judgement and discretion.
