The role requires an associate degree or extensive manufacturing experience, with leadership responsibilities for 30–100 staff and a focus on on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree with 2+ years in manufacturing or 7–10 years without a degree.
• Experience managing groups or teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong production planning, training, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly production plans with Department Leaders.
• Maintain productivity and safety in the plant per goals.
• Provide training and refreshers; update training records.
• Oversee housekeeping and rule compliance in assigned areas.
• Ensure on-time shipping and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise 30–100 employees in Manufacturing; handle HR tasks.
