Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to support program execution across the product lifecycle. You will contribute to cost, schedule, and technical oversight while coordinating with manufacturing and other engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hardware testing, debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A DoD Secret clearance is required or able to obtain, and relocation is possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually.
• Shift Information: 2nd shift (3pm-12AM).
