Job summary
Raytheon in Tucson, AZ, is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware to drive program execution, cost, schedule and technical oversight across the product lifecycle. You will support airborne electrical products for ALEGS, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and multiple engineering teams.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering/related STEM and 8+ years’ experience, with expertise in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design, lab equipment, and leading
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/related STEM field and 8+ years of experience.
- Experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
- Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers.
- Experience leading technical projects and issue resolution efforts.
Responsibilities
- Enhance electrical engineering skills across digital, analog, RF hardware testing and debugging.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other disciplines to resolve issues.
- Travel less than 10% annually; work on 1st shift.
- Provide technical oversight, cost estimation, tracking and reporting for programs.
