Idea Nuova, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Production Coordinator to ensure a smooth scheduling and coordination process across the full production cycle, from order initiation to shipment.

The role requires coordinating with overseas offices and internal teams, approving layouts and labels, and providing timely status updates to stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time-management and accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge in Simparel is a plus.
• Experience with mass retailers (Walmart, Target, JC Penney) is advantageous.
• Proactive, motivated, and trainable.
• Experience with multinational trade and export is a plus.
• Experience with content, product & inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the full production cycle from order initiation to shipment.
• Maintain daily communication with overseas offices and internal teams.
• Approve layouts and requirements, including price tickets, hang tags, labels, UPCs, and testing requirements.
• Report on status updates to stakeholders and address delays proactively.
• Troubleshoot production challenges with practical and creative solutions.
• Maintain tracking to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Update the system with delivery schedules, pricing, quantity, and comments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
