Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, expedite, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with mass retailers (Walmart, Target, JC Penney) preferred.
• Experience with Simparel is a plus.
• Proactive, motivated, trainable and able to work autonomously.
• Experience with multinational trade and export is a plus.
• Experience with content, product and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with overseas offices and factories, overseeing the production cycle from order initiation to shipment.
• Provide updates to internal teams and collaborate on project requirements.
• Approve layouts and requirements including price tickets, hang tags, labels, UPC details, and testing requirements.
• Report status updates to stakeholders and address delays or issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot production challenges with creative and practical solutions.
• Document and implement tracking strategies to monitor production progress and identify improvements.
• Update the system with delivery schedules, pricing, quantities, and special comments.
• Perform related duties as assigned to support efficient production.
