Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Product/Test Engineer to drive yield and cost improvements across Automotive and Industrial semiconductor portfolios. You will lead new product introduction and legacy sustaining activities, interfacing with fab, assembly, and test teams while applying C/C++, Python, and/or Java development to productize device families.

You will own cost-entitlement and yield metrics, perform data analysis, and guide cross-functional efforts to reduce test time and improve

Qualifications

• BSEE or higher with extensive product/test experience in digital, analog/mix-signal and RF.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Java; ability to modify and develop production ATE software.
• Strong data-analysis skills and experience with multiple ATE platforms (V93K, UltraFlex, iFlex, ETS800, ETS364).

Responsibilities

• Own cost-entitlement roadmap and wafer-sort yield metrics across Post-Fab Services products.
• Generate automated data-analysis reports for yield, test-cost, and COB.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and drive cost, yield, and schedule objectives.
• Document gaps and lessons learned for NPDE PE teams.
