Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor Product Engineering.
• Strong background in wafer-level and final test data analysis.
• Experience with test program development and ATE-based test methodologies.
• Scripting in Python or Perl for data analysis and automation.
• Cross-functional coordination with design, wafer fab, test, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform wafer-level and final test data analysis to identify and root-cause yield loss for assigned products.
• Develop and refine test programs; debug and resolve test failures with test engineering.
• Drive root-cause investigation for failed units, coordinating with FA labs, design, and fab engineering.
• Support qualification, characterization, and ramp-to-volume for new products (NPI).
• Serve as technical point of contact for quality and performance issues raised by customers.
• Collaborate with design, fab process, packaging, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Write scripts and reports for yield analysis, test data tracking, and characterization flows.
