Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Circuit Design, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 4 years of relatable experience.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Working knowledge in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments.
• Knowledge of circuit design and test, solid state device physics, submicron FET architectures, and the implications of electrical characteristics and performance on yield and product behavior.
• Affinity for quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Drive yield and product performance for 45nm and below tech nodes, supporting technology transfers and high-volume production.
• Investigate root causes of yield and product functionality issues.
• Use data analysis, failure analysis, product and design information, device knowledge, and technology understanding to identify improvement opportunities.
• Engage with customers on weekly calls giving clear updates on yield status and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Test, Integration and Process Modules to implement fast, cost-effective improvements.
• Support customer engineering to fully meet external customer requirements.
• Support process module engineering activities to improve cost, cycle time, and manufacturing robustness.
