Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Product to lead hiring across our Product organization. You will partner with Product leadership to craft talent strategies, identify top Product talent, and drive a best-in-class hiring process.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging market insights and scalable recruiting practices to build high-performing Product teams that fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across Product functions in tech.
• Proven ability to partner with Product leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience driving process improvements and recruiting strategies.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline development for competitive roles.
• Analytical approach with metrics to guide hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for Product roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, and strategies.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies for Product Management, Design, Ops and Leadership.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Mentor recruiting teammates and share best practices.
• Measure pipeline health and time-to-fill using ATS metrics.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Ops, and cross-functional teams.
