Hinge is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring for Business and Product, partnering with senior leaders to align hiring with strategic priorities. The role emphasizes market intelligence, structured interviewing, and inclusive recruiting practices to strengthen candidate outcomes.

You will own high-impact roles, drive improvements to interview frameworks, and leverage AI-enabled tools to boost recruiter productivity and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Product/Business/tech in high-growth settings.
• Demonstrated success building and executing talent strategies for complex hiring initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions using data and market insights.
• Proven sourcing and talent mapping experience, including engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
• Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, and process optimization.
• Experience with recruiting analytics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong business acumen and ability to tie talent decisions to organizational outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a talent advisor to senior leaders across Product and Business functions, shaping hiring strategies.
• Convert market intelligence and hiring data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate future talent needs and create proactive hiring plans.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles with strong candidate experience.
• Regularly assess and improve interview frameworks and hiring processes.
• Drive calibration across interview teams with structured evaluation and competency-based assessments.
• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and funnel health to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop deep expertise in key talent markets and compensation trends.
• Build sourcing strategies across channels to engage top talent.
• Brief leaders on market conditions and competitive hiring activity.
