Axon is seeking an In-Market Product Manager for LATAM & Puerto Rico. You will own regional discovery, shape strategy and roadmaps for SaaS and connected-device products, and collaborate with global teams.
You will translate regional insights into clear product directions and lead end-to-end delivery, from discovery to adoption, while aligning with sales and procurement needs. You will work remotely in the US with about 35% travel, and fluency in English and Spanish is required to succeed in
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Product Management in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience across full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
- Direct work with customers and end users to drive outcomes.
- Collaboration with Engineering and Design in agile teams.
- Ability to define clear requirements and backlogs for distributed teams.
- Experience with enterprise sales opportunities and tenders is a plus.
- Experience with software and connected hardware products is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional product discovery and shape strategy for LATAM & Puerto Rico.
- Own regional roadmaps for SaaS, cloud, and connected devices.
- Translate insights into product briefs, stories, and requirements.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to adoption and iteration.
- Represent regional needs in global planning and cross-functional calls.
- Bridge Sales and Product to align commitments with roadmap.
- Support tenders, RFPs, and regional procurement processes.
- Drive adoption and measure value across the region.
