Job summary

Axon seeks an In-Market Product Manager for LATAM & Puerto Rico, owning regional product strategy and end-to-end delivery for SaaS and connected devices. You will lead discovery, shape roadmaps, and collaborate with global teams to ensure adoption and impact across agencies.

You will work remotely from Puerto Rico, travel about 35%, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal and Engineering to deliver regional value while aligning with Axon’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, cloud software, enterprise software or technology-product environments.
• Experience owning or contributing to the full end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, prioritisation, delivery, launch and iteration.
• Experience building, launching and scaling digital software products or features from early discovery to market adoption.
• Proven experience translating field insight into clear product outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Product Design in an agile environment.
• Ability to define requirements, briefs, user stories and backlogs for distributed teams.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex, cross-functional international environments.
• Experience with tenders, RFPs or procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and user discovery across LATAM and Puerto Rico to identify and prioritise meaningful problems.
• Champion user-centred development and ensure decisions are grounded in customer insight and usability.
• Shape regional product strategy and roadmaps for SaaS, cloud, and connected-products.
• Translate insights into well-defined problem statements, briefs, user stories, and requirements.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to adoption and iteration.
• Represent LATAM and Puerto Rico regional requirements in global product planning.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Sales, and Legal to balance needs and priorities.
• Bridge Sales and Product to align commitments, positioning and delivery capability.
• Support tender processes with product expertise and proposal strategy.
• Drive product adoption and value realisation with Sales and Customer Success.
