Job summary

SECUTIX Americas in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Senior Customer Success Specialist to strengthen LATAM client relations and drive adoption of the S-360 platform. You will provide hands-on platform configuration support, troubleshoot issues across ticketing and workflows, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will deliver on-site training for events, maintain the knowledge base, and collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to reduce repeat tickets.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or professional services in SaaS/live events.
Hands-on experience with SaaS products.
Expertise working with a CRM (Salesforce or similar).
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to learn new technology quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Resourceful and creative in solving problems.
Curious and passionate about learning.
Agility and commitment to staying focused.
Good awareness of sports, entertainment, and cultural industries.
Willingness to travel to client sites, venues, and events.
Native or fluent Spanish.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance to LATAM clients in S-360 configuration and day-to-day use.
Meet defined SLAs and ensure requests are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
Coordinate complex requests with the appropriate department and inform the customer of progress.
Deliver on-site support, training, and event-day coverage for client venues.
Maintain the customer knowledge base and document solutions.
